Heinz Mantel

A corporate relocation brought Karen & I to Devonshire Pointe 14 years ago.  This was our 5th corporate move.  For the past two years I have served the Devonshire Pointe homes association as president.
I have also served on two prior large and active Home Associations as President.  We are both very active in multiple ministries at St. Pius X Church.
I have extensive business management experience in the disciplines of sales, marketing and operations.  I have held several senior management positions such as Plant Manager, General Manager and Vice President.  I am recently retired.

Carole Pascarella

I have been a resident of Devonshire Pointe for 7 years now, and have participated in the Homeowner’s Association since moving here.  My husband Carl and I are transplants from Ohio, and have built 3 homes together.  I have also worked on the Architectural and Landscape Committees for this development, especially during the reconstruction of the entrance walls.
I am retired from my career in education and guidance, and presently work with developmentally disabled individuals in a group home setting.  I believe that my background in group work, planning, organization, mediation, and building/construction, enable me to be an effective board member, as well as my goal to see our community be  pleasant and comfortable living  for all families and residents.   Please accept my commitment  to help Devonshire Pointe be the best family living community that it can be!

David Riley

I am a 12 year resident of Indiana and Devonshire Pointe.  My family enjoys living in this neighborhood and I would like to continue to serve a role in helping maintain it.  As a board member I currently serve on the Communications/Publicity Committeewhere I update and maintain the devonshirepointe.com site for the Neighborhood Association.  I hold a full time software/hardware support position and am Microsoft Certified.  Being involved with the neighborhood is important to me and I willing to continue running the devonshirepointe.com site which provides a beneficial source of communication with all residents.

Laura Baker

I have been a resident of Devonshire Pointe for 12 years. My husband Brian and I have enjoyed developing excellent relationships with our neighbors and raising our children (ages 6 – 21) in a safe and inviting neighborhood. In a spirit of gratitude for those homeowners who have volunteered in the past, I offer my skill set and knowledge of our community to advance the goals of our neighborhood. I am tied to Indiana through my time as a student at Notre Dame and my husband’s affiliation as a professor of Biochemistry. However, Granger is our home. Our children are enrolled in the PHM schools, our friends are clustered in this community and I love my house and my yard. I have worked extensively in the non-profit sector of St. Joseph County and have many years of previous board experience. I currently sit on the board of the Angel of Hope Memorial Garden and Granger Paths.

Kevin Cullen

I’m a long time resident of Granger. I’ve seen Granger grow from farm fields into what it is today.  My wife and I live at 14140 Tenbury Dr., and we have been  residents of Devonshire Point since 2007.  I’m a 26 year employee of  Big “C” Lumber where I design new home and re-model construction.  Devonshire Point is a great place to live and raise a family. My children are grown, but I would like to be a part of keeping Devonshire Point a great place to raise a family.

We have two boys ages 13 and 10, I have been a police officer for over 23 years, 19 of which have been with the South Bend police department. I graduated from Bethel college with a B.S. in management. We are members of St Pius church. I am proud of our neighborhood and will gladly work with other board members to ensure a good and safe place to live.

Graduated with a MS in Materials Science Engineering from the “Transilvania” University in Romania. We like our community and will gladly work with the board to maintain Devonshire Pointe as a safe place to live.

I am a husband and a father of 2 children.  I grew up in South Bend and have lived in Devonshire Pointe for the past 4 years.  I have worked for South Bend Fire Department for 16 years as a Firefighter/Paramedic.  I have also been a member of the American Legion for 21 years.   I enjoy spending time with my family, golfing, work on projects around the house, and going to the lake.   We as a family also enjoy being outside as much as possible and going for bike rides throughout the neighborhoods.

Deni Worthen

Our family moved to Devonshire 2 years ago, by way of Oregon, Utah, Texas and now Indiana.
We love the neighborhood and especially our neighbors! What great people you all are!
We have 1 of our 5 children at home with us. Alienna is a junior at Penn, the rest are all out west in Arizona, Utah and Idaho. You will often see me out walking Charlie, our Mutt, or see Steve running.
My husband, Steve works for Transamerica as a Retirement Specialist at the new St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Mishawaka. I work part time as a Tour Manager for Edgerton’s Travel Service and volunteer on Tuesdays at SJRMC.
I am happy to serve in this neighborhood we enjoy so much. Please stop us if you see us out and say, Hi!
