Devonshire Point Homeowner’s Association Quarterly Meeting Minutes – July 17, 2018

The Quarterly board meeting convened on July 17, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. at the Old National Bank located at Heritage Square.  Special guest – Matt with Higher Ground Tree Care.   Board members Erik Lundry, Heinz Mantel, David Riley, Carole Pascarella, Kevin Cullen, Lauren Plennert, and Ginee Ames were present.

Matt with Higher Ground Tree Care discussed the strategy for the trees that have died and the trees that still need to be replaced.   For right now, he is going to pull up the dead trees and fill holes.  The plan is to replant this fall or next spring.  Weather depending.  With 30 trees being planted, only having lost 3-4 is on average for the 10% that is average.
