The Quarterly board meeting convened at 7:00 P.M. at the Old National Bank in Heritage Square.
Board members present: Heinz Mantel, David Riley, Kevin Cullen, Lauren Plennert, Jim Sweeney & Ginée Ames.
Treasurer’s Report
- Treasurer absent. Report has been archived.
Maintenance and Landscaping
- Matt will remove & replant the 9 dead trees. Some free and remainder at reduced cost. Heinz will keep in touch with Matt.
- We will continue to work on the trees on Adams Rd. As expensive as it is, we will continue to do it in increments.
- We need to get quotes on the redoing the entrances. Eric was absent and he will be asked to look into it.
Social Committee
- The Christmas wreaths will go up the weekend after Thanksgiving.
- The Fall garage sale was an improvement from the last and will continue to get better. Discussed either partnering with neighboring developments or marking Devonshire so shoppers will know where Devonshire ends.
Communications/Publicity
- David reported we have 103 email addresses.
- Lauren reported that we still have 90 members on Facebook.
Architectural Control Committee
- No activity from the builder for the lot on Stonebridge.
Covenants Committee
- Homeowners are reminded that lampposts need bulbs!!
- No requests received or pending.
Additional Comments
- Subcommittee has worked on the shed guidelines. The attorney will need to review and the subcommittee hopes to roll out the final product at the annual meeting in January.
- The annual meeting has been set for January 21, 2019 from 6-7:45 at the library.
