Treasurer’s Report – Scot Armour
- New software system for Treasurer to keep record in

- Dues status for 2024 – 5 not paid in full (2 have not paid dues and late fees, 3 have not paid late fees only)
- Business Entity state forms for HOA business to be paid in the fall
Maintenance/Landscaping Committee Report – Jim Sweeney & Erik Lundry
- Tobin service update
- Update on services
- Mowing/trimming/fertilizing – sprayed weeds July 8 and worked on pulling weeds July 15
- Sprinkler system – broken sprinkler at entrance fixed
- Lake treatments – going well and the lake looks great
- Tree health update – cherry trees were trimmed, pine trees to be be added in early fall to fill some of the space
- Discussed sprinkler system along Adams and are waiting on a quote
- Mulched along Adams end of spring/early summer
- West entrance signs painting – still looking for a company that does this work
Social Committee Report – Ginee Ames, Leah Gerbeth, Lauren Plennert & Maggie Veldman
- 2024 Events
- Garage Sale – went well, looking at possible dates of May 16/17 for next year
- 4th of July Parade – went well, over 50 people in attendance
- Block Party – Sept. 8, 2024 – 1-3pm, Taddington Ct., Bounce houses, Kona Ice and yard games
- Turkey Trot – Thanksgiving day, 9:30am around the lake
- Holiday Lights Competition will continue this December
- Easter Egg Hunt eggs passed to Leah for next year
- Entrance decorations
- Veteran’s Day Banners (Nov. 11) to be put up by Maggie the week prior and will come down a few days after
- Holiday Wreaths to be put up by Maggie after Thanksgiving and taken down in January
Communications / Publicity Committee – Lauren Plennert & Leah Gerbeth
- Send out a list of events mailing with dues next year – decide on dates in January.
- Website email address update: 117 emails
- Facebook group update: 131 members
Architectural Control Committee Report – Carole Pascarella & Kevin Cullen
- Status/update on ‘little library house’ & landscaping around bench
- HOA stance on solar panels – There is nothing against them in the covenant, will discuss as needed when need arises
- Architectural Control Requests
- Shed updated to compliance
- Pool house completed to compliance
- Fence initial request, will review with further information
- No other architectural control requests
Covenants Committee – Carole Pascarella & Kevin Cullen
- Communicate reminders to homeowners
- Summer/fall projects must be submitted to architectural committee for approval
- Check post lights to ensure they work
- Clean up yard trimmings and storm drains since those flow into the Devonshire Lake
- Clean up beaches
- Clean beach status: The following lots are needing to clean up the beach area: lots 127, 122,116 and 111
- No rentals of homes are allowed
