We agreed to send out an email to all homeowners that projects require approval prior to starting a project. Examples include pools, decks, patios, fences,3 season rooms and play sets. If in doubt submit a request. All requests are answered within 2 weeks.

6.      Miscellaneous: The board agreed to have banners produced to be hung at each entrance for a few weeks stating that Devonshire Residents Thank our Troops and First Responders for their service.
