Devonshire Pointe Homeowners Association Structure – The formation of committees was discussed and agreed to as follows:
Architectural Control: Point of contact for homeowners seeking
project approval. (Heinz Mantel, Carole Pascarella, Jason Meade)
Communications/Publicity Committee: Responsible for electronic communications and for posting and removing announcements in the entrance billboards, neighborhood watch. (Heinz Mantel, Dave Riley, Lauren Conte)
Covenants Committee: Responsibility to insure compliance to covenants, possible changes to covenants, communication to homeowners on lack of compliance. (Heinz Mantel, Susan McClements, Jim Sojka)
Maintenance/Landscaping Committee: Point of contact for infrastructure maintenance, such as lake pump, sprinkler system, entrance lights, AEP lights, entrance walls; solicit competitive bids as applicable. Responsible for developing guidelines and soliciting competitive bids for work to be performed by mowing and landscaping contractors; maintain lake level and aquatic weed control. Social Committee: Responsible for welcoming new neighbors, seasonal decorations for entrance walls, social events. (Heinz Mantel, Susan McClements, Carole Pascarella)
New Business – A transfer of ownership of the Devonshire Pointe Homeowners Association Website/Blog was arranged between Butch Whitmire and Dave Riley.
A request for a sunroom was approved by the Architecture Committee pending siding and shingle compliance.
Membership Dues – 2012 Membership Dues will be increased to $225.
Meeting Date – The next Board Meeting will take place at the Elm Road Library at 7pm on Wednesday, Januray 11, 2012.
