  1. Maintenance and Landscaping: Jim Sweeney and Eric Lundry reported that the landscaping lights on the West entrance have been replaced with LED flood lights. The board agreed to go ahead with the replacement of the East entrance lights with LED flood lights. Bill’s sprinkler will schedule the start-up of the sprinkler system. With the uncertainty of the construction work for Granger Paths, the board decided not to plant any flowers next to the entry walls but will plant flowers in the space between the right and left traffic lanes at both entrances. No tree replacement until the construction is complete on the Granger Path.

  1. Social: The Easter Egg Hunt was not well attended with only 12 kids attending. 350 eggs were placed. The advertising and signage for the April 14-16 garage sale was completed. The Clay Fire Department has agreed to have a fire truck to lead the parade on July 4th.

  1. Communications: David Riley was given the go-ahead to purchase our own domain for the web site. The cost for this will be $99.00 per year. We have 101 people signed up to receive emails from the Devonshire Board. Bob Hogarth reported that a postcard mailing will be sent out 2 weeks prior to the 4th of July to advertise the parade.

  1. Covenants: The committee reported that we set up a time to walk through the sub-division to report any post lights that are not working. Lauren Plennart has agreed to take Deni Worthen’s place on the board.
