    1. Building plans were submitted and approved for the lake lot that had the fire.
    2. A new request for a pool, pool house and outdoor kitchen were submitted and approved.
  7. Miscellaneous: It has been brought to our attention that we have a lot of people speeding mostly coming and going to Fox Chase. From past discussion with the county, we don’t believe speed bumps will be approved due to interference with the snow plows. Our next best solution will be to have a county sheriff’s deputy posted from time to time to issue tickets to the speeders. We will ask them to monitor the traffic between 7:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Hopefully after doing this a couple of times, people will slow down to the maximum speed limit of 25 MPH.
