Guests Randy Oppenheim and Ginee Ames were also present.

  1. Treasure Report: The Treasurer Report was submitted via email by Marius Gavrila.
    1. Total assets $88,362.20
    2. The Miller home Stonebridge sold at sheriff’s auction last week. It is possible past due member dues will be paid now that the house has been sold.
    3. Total Expenses for 2017 $12,825.56
  1. Maintenance and Landscaping: The new path is now complete. The contractor does not have any further responsibilities. The irrigation system has been restored at each entrance and the island at each entrance. They are not responsible to replace the system along berm. Many trees are damaged and will have to be replaced. We will wait until early Spring to contract the planting of new trees.
  1. Social: Carole Pascarella and Lauren Plennert

Holiday decoration at the West and East entrance will be put up after Thanksgiving and removed right after New Year’s. We will also be putting up the banners honoring our troops and first responders on Memorial Day, 4th of July and Veterans day. We will establish dates for the Easter Egg hunt, Garage Sale and 4th of July Parade at our next meeting in January 2018. Lauren will do a Facebook poll to get a feel from the residents on a garage sale date.

Communications: We currently have 86 people with active email addresses on file and 80 members on our Facebook Group. We are going to try to convert all communication via email, website and Facebook next year. Bob will be drafting a letter detailing the process to be discussed at our next meeting in January 2018.

  1. Covenants: All residents are reminded of the following:
    1. An email will be sent out reminding people to be sure their post lights are in working order.
    2. The Good family also has a POD on their driveway that has to be removed.

  1. Architectural Control Committee Report: Carole Pascarella & Kevin Cullen
    1. Rob Taylor’s new build on lot 136 landscaped with grass all the way to the water. Lauren will try again to contact the new owner to replace the grass with gravel the same as the other lots on the lake to prevent grass clippings and fertilizer from getting in to the lake.
    2. The request for a shed was withdrawn; however Mr. Oppenheim requested that we provide guidelines for building sheds as he would like to submit plans to build on. He also said many others in the neighborhood want to build a shed. All members will submit comments to Heinz and Kevin before the end of this month so we can submit a policy to our attorney for review.

  1. Miscellaneous:
    1. Jim reported that we had law enforcement do traffic patrol in the neighborhood after school started. They patrolled from 6:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. and from 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. He issued a total of 12 citations and gave one warning to a school bus driver. We will do this again at a date to be determined.
    2. We only had one person respond to our letter asking for people to self-nominate to be on the board. Ginee Ames responded. The board agreed to add Ginee to the board, taking our board from 9 members to 10 members.
