Devonshire Pointe Homeowner’s Association Quarterly Meeting Minutes – January 25, 2022

Treasurer’s Report-Bob Kord

  • 2 homes sold in 2021
  • 1 hold sold so far in 2022
  • 2022 dues March 2, 2022.  Fees stay the same: Lake Lots $375.00 & Non-Lake Lots $225.00
  • Email requests on every dues notice

Maintenance/Landscaping Committee –Jim Sweeney & Eric Lundry

  • Erik- still working on lawn care bid
  • Erik – 3 estimates for both east entrance walls with similar design, will revisit at April 11 meeting
  • Several trees removed and replaced

Social Committee -Carole Pascarella, Ginee Ames & Lauren Plenner

  • Easter Egg Hunt will be Saturday, April 16th
  • July 4th Parade will be on July 4
  • Neighborhood Garage Sale  dates June 10/11 
  • Successful First Holiday Lights Competition 
  • Discussion of possible hayride in the fall or food truck

Communications / Publicity Committee-David Riley & Lauren Plenner

  • David – Email address update – 132 subscriptions of 102 homes represented
  • Lauren – Facebook update 119 members
  • Future 2022 Homeowner’s Meeting Dates April 11, July 18 and October 10

Architectural Control Committee –Carole Pascarella & Kevin Cullen

  • “Library House” is complete, coming soon along the Granger Path 

Covenants Committee –Lauren Plennert & Kevin Cullen

  • All requests for spring projects need to be submitted prior to starting a new project
  • NO rentals of homes in any form per Covenants
  • Join the Devonshire Pointe Facebook page
  • Keep drains clear of leaves/debris

  • Discussion of post lights by entrance not working properly 
  • Discussion of changing of the Covenant to allow pools without fences and the board did not approve it, with all 9 officers against it
