The Quarterly board meeting convened on October 14, 2019 at 7:00 P.M. at the Old National Bank located at Heritage Square. Board members Erik Lundry, Heinz Mantel, David Riley, Jim Sweeney, Carole Pascarella, Ginée Ames, Kevin Cullen, Lauren Plennert, and Bob Kord were present.
- Treasurer’s Report-Bob Kord
- Reviewed Treasurer’s Report. Total assets $93, 720.10. The biggest expense was Ginger Valley for $11,589.01 for landscape: East Point, Abbey and the Island.
- 8 homes have sold through October 2019.
- Looking at changing accounts/banks to save the association service fees.
- Maintenance/Landscaping Committee Report –Jim Sweeney & Eric Lundry
- There are approx. 7 dead trees along Adams that will need replaced. Different varieties will be researched before spending the money for replacement.
- More mulch will be added along Adams further back toward property lines.
- Social Committee Report -Carole Pascarella & Lauren Plennert
- Christmas wreaths will go up the weekend after Thanksgiving.
- Banner put up for veterans day (Nov 11) will be put up the 4th of 5th of November.
- Communications / Publicity Committee-David Riley & Ginee Ames
- David – 109 email subscribers with 107 homes represented.
- Lauren –Currently 98 on Facebook. She will be removing the homeowners who have recently sold.
- Lauren and David will send out postings asking for interested homeowners to fill board positions for 2020 & 2021. Must self-nominate by November 2nd.
- Saddlebrook is interested in doing an event with us. Looking into a hayride to happen yet this Fall.

- Annual meeting is tentatively set for Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at the library.
- 2020 dates are as follows: 1/14, 4/20, 7/13, 10/19
- 3 days of police monitoring resulted in no speeders this time.
- There are a couple spots in the neighborhood with trees interfering with the line of sight. Letters will go out to those homeowners to address those trees.
- A few homeowners continue to leave grass clippings in the street, driveways and curbs. This violates Devonshire Homeowners Rules & Regulations: 3.11 Unsightly and Unkept. Notices have been given many times. We need to eliminate lake pollution and future expenses. We will be looking into penalties.
